I can remember when mom died and your mom thought she was going to be next and 3 1/2 yrs later here we are. You can rationalize and say they had no quality of life and they were ready to go to the other side, but you are never ready to say good-bye forever. I have nothing but fond memories of both your mom and dad growing up and happen to think that all of us had a pretty blessed childhood. There are only a couple of women left and then the whole neighborhood as we knew it will all be gone and that is so sad. I'll be thinking of all of you this wk. Anita |
