Dear Elaine,
Royce, the girls, and I send our sincere sympathies to you and your family. Even though Gus was sleeping, I know he knew you were all there with him. I'm glad I was able to say my good-byes too. Gus was a very good man and it was a privilege to know him. Uncle Gus, with his quiet ways, made a positive impact on many, many people. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers and I will see you Wednesday.
Love,
Linda |

Dear Elaine and family,
Sorry I can't come to Clemmit's funeral. The video sure protrays my kind uncle and his gentle way. He looks so much like Grandpa Carl. He was always known as Mother's baby brother. She was always so proud when you were able to come to her birthday parties and to see her. The whole Gustafson family will be in heaven together singing "Children of the Heavenly Father." My condolences and prayers are with you. Love, Niece Marcia |

Elaine, Becky, Greg, and Carol;
I am so sorry for the loss of Gus. He was a great friend to mom and dad not to mention a wonderful neighbor. Know that you are all in my heart and that time will heal the pain you are feeling now. Remember him by all of the good times you had. Take care..... |
