Diana S. McClaskey Wednesday, September 21, 1949 - Thursday, January 14, 2010

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 from 4-7 P.M. at Bentley Funeral Home, Wilton, IA. Services will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2010, at 1:00 P.M. at the Bentley Funeral Home, Wilton, IA. The officiant will be Pastor Brian McNamara. Interment will take place at the Overman Cemetery, Atalissa , IA. Memorial donations may be made to the family, for a college fund for her grandchildren.

Diana S. McClaskey, age 60, of Wilton, IA, died on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus in Davenport, IA. Diana was born September 21, 1949 in Porthsmouth, OH. She married Patton W. McClaskey on January 14, 1967 in New Boston, OH. She was employed at the Wilton Nursing Home for 15 years as a Mediaid. She enjoyed playing bingo and wasn't opposed to a trip to the casino. For many years, she was a bowling coach at the Idle Hour Lanes, Durant, IA.

She is survived and lovingly remembered by her husband Patton Sr. of Wilton, IA, her son Patton McClaskey Jr. of Wilton, IA, her daughter Susan and her husband John Brandies of Wilton, IA, 4 grandchildren: Dawn, Brenton, Meranda and Daron, and 3 brothers: Vondon Newman of New Boston, OH, Eddie and his wife Roxanne Cooley of New Boston, OH and Shawn and his wife Susan Cooley of West Union, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Mary and Carl Cooley, her sisters: Wanda Kay Newman and Dawn Collins, her brother Gregory Newman.
